We offer home staging services to improve the prospect of potential real estate clients, provide a premier experience for your walk-in customers or liven your Air BnB to increase rentals.
Service Details
After an in-depth consultation, if you are interested in moving forward with one of our service packages, the cost of the consultation will be deducted from your total fee. We will go in depth about your product and project details.
Within 48-hrs of your consultation, you will receive your mood board, and have another 24-hrs to either accept or decline service. If you accept and purchase a package, you will receive a detailed project timeline, contract and billing schedule. Once all forms are signed and returned, the magic begins!
**DISCLAIMER: All Packages are based on a single product or product collection. Rates are set per shoot or event (i.e. If you purchased ‘Staging + Styling Package 1’ but your product photoshoot includes multiple products, you will still be bound to one look.) Any props or furniture pieces used for Staging + Styling will be the financial responsibility of the client. ASHMCC.net will not purchase these items, but may or may not be responsible for the prospect or cultivation of said items and for ensuring their quality and integrity.
